T\u00e4naseks on aga laserprotseduuride tehnoloogia sedav\u00f5rd j\u00f5udsalt arenenud, et esmane taastumisaeg protseduurist on l\u00fchenenud \u00fchelt kuult \u00fchele p\u00e4evale. Kuid siinjuures on oluline teada, et taastumise pikkust m\u00e4\u00e4rab otseselt tehtava laserprotseduuri spetsiifilised etapid (nt kas operatsiooni tehakse nn lapi-meetodil v\u00f5i lihvitakse lapp laseriga maha). Nii ei pruugi taastumise aeg olla Eesti turul tegutsevate teenusepakkujate puhul olla sama.\r\n\r\nSilmalaseris teostame patsientidele Femto Lite ja Femto Balance operatsioone, mille j\u00e4rel saab igap\u00e4evatoimingute juurde naasta juba j\u00e4rgmisel p\u00e4eval. Operatsiooni ajal tunnete m\u00f5ne hetke silmal survet, kuid protseduur ise m\u00f6\u00f6dub kiiremini, kui patsient ise alguses on arvanud (kokku 10-15min). Ebamugavustunde v\u00e4ltimiseks kasutatakse ka tuimestavaid tilku.\r\n\r\nLevinud on ka hirm, et silmade liigutamisel laser l\u00f5ikab valesti. Tegelikkuses on laser mitmeid kordi kiirem kui inimese silma liikumine ning v\u00f5tab seega l\u00f5igates arvesse k\u00f5ik silma mirkoliikumised. Kui silma liikumised l\u00e4hevad liiga suureks ja hektiliseks, siis laser peatub ja ootab, kuni normaalne liikumine on taastunud. Seega hirm, et laser l\u00f5ikab liikumise t\u00f5ttu valesti, on alusetu.\r\n\r\nAastate jooksul oleme kuulnud ka linnam\u00fc\u00fcti, et laser v\u00f5ib lasta kiire silmast l\u00e4bi inimese ajusse. Siinkohal kinnitame \u00fcle, et tegemist on \u00fche enimteostatud meditsiinilise protseduuriga maailmas, mille tehnoloogiat on pidevalt uuendatud ja kasutatav laser on seadistatud \u00fclit\u00e4pselt silmal\u00f5ikuste tarbeks. Prilliretsept saavutab stabiilsuse vanuses 18-21, kuid tegelikkuses m\u00e4\u00e4rab laseroperatsiooni sobivuse alati arst eeluuringu k\u00e4igus. Kuna laserprotseduuri kohustuslik eeluuring on \u00fcks mahukamaid ja t\u00e4psemaid uuringuid silmameditsiinis, siis selle k\u00e4igus tekib t\u00e4pne \u00fclevaade, kas protseduuri on m\u00f5tet teha, kas ja kui kaua tasub oodata. Seega vaatamata nooremale vanusele, tasub eeluuringule ikkagi tulla. Sedaviisi v\u00f5ib eeluuring olla tegelikult oluline ennetus, et tekkinud talumatus ei tooks kaasa j\u00e4rgmisi h\u00e4dasid.
